Rome Free Academy, the City's high school, houses a S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) program and 80-percent of its students graduate with at least one semester of college credit, and Mohawk Valley Community College offers free tuition to the Top 10-percent of RFA's graduating class.
